Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order due to a valid quality issue (damages), resolving the problem is our top priority. We will process your replacement with priority, reproduce the item, and ship it to you at no additional cost.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nachtmode.com and include photos of the damaged items. We will send you a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund of your purchase.

We cannot offer a refund if:

  • You provided an incorrect or insufficient address.

  • Your package/item is considered lost because it was not collected from the post office or pickup point.

  • You did not receive your order as expected (e.g., as a gift), since delivery times are beyond our control. Customs clearance and logistics delays may affect total delivery time.

  • The product is damaged or has quality issues but no proof is provided. We require photo evidence (please send us an email with pictures clearly showing the defect, quality issue, or damage).

Please note: photo evidence is used for documentation, quality management, and quality control purposes, helping us to continuously improve our products.

Once your return has been approved and confirmed, you will receive a return address by email. You must then drop off the package at your nearest post office.

In the case of a refund, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to be credited back to your bank account.
